- Written and produced six editions of a newsletter emailed to the customer database. The results are shown in the following table along with industry norm for comparison. The objectives of the newsletter are to keep in touch with customers, to update them and encourage visits to the website.

- Google Adwords campaigns with the objective of delivering quality leads and enquiries. Marian has been running this activity since July 2010 and in that period Flair has consistently seen a four-fold return on investment. Average monthly spend is £300 generating orders in excess of £1600 per month. In the best performing month, eight enquiries were generated leading to two new orders worth in excess of £1000 each at a cost of less than £350.
