He has successfully led high performing, multi discipline teams and is a natural collaborator and facilitator. He is passionate about creating a work environment where everyone involved is able to contribute and feel valued while learning new skills and approaches that will help sustain your business capability to improve well into the future.
His approach is really straightforward. It’s about you. First he’ll listen, really hard, to understand where you want to improve and why. Then using a range of approaches (he is a qualified programme manager, accredited in Lean and 6 Sigma and certified in Service Excellence) he’ll work with you and your people to bring improvement to life in a pragmatic, sustainable and hopefully fun way.
